VENDOR BOOTH SPACE RENTAL

Each booth space has a maximum size of 12 x 12 ft. If you desire a larger space, you may purchase multiple booth spaces to accommodate your needs. The use of water and/or electricity is available for
a premium of $20 each. However, electricity for Craft Vendors is limited. Please review parameters for desired Vendor space availability and premiums. Vendors must supply their own table, chairs, coverings, and extension cords. Please refrain from the use of overhead canopies or tarps. All spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis. Booths arranged based on products sold or in order applications are received.

Vendor Booth Fee

Craft 12'x12' space $250
Food 12'x12' space $300
Water/Electricity: $20 each

If Vendor is setting up more than one type of booth (i.e., Craft and Food), a separate application
is required for EACH booth. Fees must be paid in full to guarantee your Vendor space for the
16th Annual Coushatta Pow Wow October 1-3, 2010.

Booth Set Up

Vendors may set up booths September 30 and October 1 during stated times:
Thursday, September 30: 1:00pm-8:00pm | Friday, October 1: 8:00am - 2:00pm.
After 2:00 pm on Friday, Vendors will not be allowed to drive into the arena to set up booths.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  1. All applications will be given Native American preference. Please provide CDIB card. CDIB
    required upon request.
  2. Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana d/b/a Coushatta Casino
    Resort, The Pavilion at Coushatta, its Officers, Directors, Volunteers, Officials, Employees,
    and Agents from and against any liabilities.
  3. Displays can be taken down or covered and secured at discretion of Vendor, at the end of
    multiple dates of events.
  4. Vendor is responsible for collecting sales tax.
  5. Vendor is prohibited from sales of carbonated products, canned, bottled or fountain, water
    and other beverages.
  6. Coushatta Pow Wow Committee has the authority to prohibit craft vendors from the sale of
    merchandise that is not authentically Native American.

Payment Terms

A cashiers check or money order for the full amount must accompany this application, made payable to "Coushatta Pow Wow Committee" and mailed to:

Do not send cash when mailing applications. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
