Acceptable File Formats: Adobe Acrobat. Macintosh platform InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe
Illustrator, or Photoshop. PC platform files and/or other programs used are not guaranteed to work and
may result in extensive file work conversion or typesetting from scratch.
Acceptable Media: CD, DVD, Email.
Please Include: All fonts used (printer and screen); linked graphics (embedded 600 dpi line art, 300
dpi grayscale or color high resolution in place); colors/graphics must be CMYK (not spot, RGB or
PMS); disk directory listing all file names used; hard copy proof sized at 100% which matches file
exactly.
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ad placement to secure ad space. We will accept payment by company check or money order. Credit cards are not acceptable forms of payment. Check or money order should be made out to Coushatta Pow Wow Committee.
